Once that is done then it will become activated. The certificate must match the SLIC but any key will work as long as it is for your edition (e.g any OEM:SLP ultimate key if you are installing ultimate edition). If you have a SLIC table in your BIOS then all you have to do is install they key and certificate into Windows. to verify that it is a legit OEM computer. This is the way the activation works: OEMs pre-activate windows on their computers by adding a SLIC table into the BIOS. The part about "SLIC table not find" means there is no SLIC table in your BIOS, so even if you have the key and certificate in your OS it will not be able to activate it. XRM-MS <- I am guessing you must have installed them using command prompt or an application. The PKey is the OEM:SLP key and the certificate is that file with the extension. This means that you have a key and certificate installed in your operating system.
